History
It' s diffcut to know exactly when that cheese was created but it was probably one of the traditional cheeses produced in the Haute Normandie department. Its name "Fin de siècle" (Century's end) on the contrary is rather recent. It was chosen by Henri Androuët, one of the member of that cheese dynasty.
